What you'll do

• Prepare construction cost estimates and quantity takeoffs
• review drawings, specifications, and bid documents
• estimate labor, materials, equipment, and subcontracted work
• prepare bid and proposal materials
• obtain and evaluate vendor and subcontractor quotations
• coordinate technical scope reviews
• identify cost and execution risks
• support bid reviews, project handoffs, budgets, and change-order estimates.
