What you'll do

• Oversee preparation and presentation of pastries, desserts, and baked goods
• enforce recipes, portion control, and consistency standards
• collaborate with the Pastry Chef on new items and seasonal menus
• supervise, train, and mentor pastry team members
• conduct pre-shift briefings and coach staff
• schedule staffing
• monitor inventory and coordinate ordering
• ensure health, safety, and sanitation compliance
• maintain production, waste, and food-cost records
• fulfill dietary requests and custom orders
• respond to guest feedback
• support events and services with other kitchen departments
• report equipment maintenance needs.
