What you'll do

• Troubleshoot mechanical problems
• repair machinery, equipment, buildings, and utility systems
• and perform preventive maintenance. Use hand and power tools and measuring instruments, operate tow motors and cranes to move heavy parts, and perform assigned building and machine repairs. Supplemental duties include painting, plumbing, welding repairs and fabrication, checking scales, safety and tool-operation training, and maintaining required inspections.
