Customer Service Agent — Airport Operations

What you'll do

• Greet and assist customers
• answer calls and resolve questions or complaints
• handle reservations, ticketing, check-in, seat assignments, boarding, and baggage
• communicate delays and cancellations and help reaccommodate passengers
• escort passengers to and from aircraft
• provide flight information
• prepare aircraft with food and beverage stocking and light cleaning
• transport passengers by shuttle or van as required
• follow FAA, TSA, airline, and airport regulations.
