What you'll do

• Assist with activities of daily living and personal care, including bathing, dressing, feeding, ambulation, and toileting
• supervise the home environment for client safety
• assist with meal planning and preparation, housekeeping, and laundry
• provide companionship and emotional reassurance
• provide respite care according to care plans
• assist with shopping and errands as specified
• support special diets and escort clients to appointments or outings as specified
• assist with correspondence
• provide input to the Client Care Team
• monitor supplies
• follow written care plans
• report unsafe conditions to the Branch Manager.
