What you'll do

• Install, maintain, and service customer equipment

• perform scheduled maintenance, corrective repairs, and overhauls
• diagnose hardware, software, networking, and configuration issues
• manage network faults, system access, security settings, and remote connectivity
• triage customer issues
• communicate professionally with customers
• and participate in company training.
