What you'll do

• Prepare survey scopes of work and independent staff cost estimates
• review consultant proposals for schedule and budget compliance
• coordinate survey tasks with construction, design, field staff, consultants, and stakeholders
• conduct quality-control reviews and safety and quality-assurance procedures
• review CAD files
• analyze and review boundary, ALTA/NSPS land title, topographic, control, construction, and utility surveys, legal descriptions, and related documents.
