What you'll do

• Prepare rooms for cleaning
• make beds, dust, and vacuum
• replenish guestroom and bath supplies
• clean bathrooms, closets, and floor corridors
• perform rotation and deep-cleaning duties as required
• protect guest-room security and privacy
• deliver and retrieve items loaned to guests
• respond to guest calls, requests, and complaints
• maintain work-area cleanliness and hotel property
• follow standard operating procedures
• work toward guest satisfaction scores.
