Information Technology Manager / Information Security Officer — Career Centers

The Information Technology Manager / Information Security Officer role is hybrid in Boston, MA. Compensation is $81,153.80–$83,574.40 annually. The role supports technology operations and information security for Career Center programs that deliver workforce development services to the community.

What you'll do

• Oversee IT operations and support staff across multiple Career Center sites
• manage on-premise and cloud systems, Microsoft 365, networks, backups, disaster recovery, telephony, and standardized configurations
• serve as the local Information Security Officer and coordinate security policies, incident response, access management, training, audits, and compliance
• support program systems and data
• manage vendors, assets, budgets, and technology planning
• oversee accessibility technology
• and coordinate with Career Center leadership and central ITS. Regular travel between Career Center locations and occasional response to urgent technical or security issues outside standard hours are required.
