What you'll do

• Coordinate, build, route, and dispatch outbound shipments
• verify customer requirements and delivery schedules
• respond to shipment inquiries
• monitor carrier pickups and communicate status
• process shipment billing and maintain transportation documents
• manage trailer and driver check-in and check-out
• schedule carrier appointments
• maintain shipment and inventory records in warehouse systems
• support traffic flow, task desk operations, and warehouse activities.
