Kids’ Gym Attendant

The Kids’ Gym Attendant role is onsite in Saint Paul, MN. Pay is $14–$15 per hour. The role supports We Rock the Spectrum, an inclusive sensory gym providing children of all abilities a safe, nurturing place to play and grow. The attendant welcomes families, supervises play, and supports children during activities so they feel safe and included. The role also helps maintain a clean, organized gym and assists with programs, parties, and community events.

What you'll do

• Greet families and assist with check-ins and reservations using Mindbody
• supervise children during open play
• set up and clean up activities, including arts and crafts
• support children during play, including those needing extra help or exhibiting challenging behaviors, with training provided
• sanitize toys, equipment, and surfaces
• promote gym services and events
• assist with birthday parties and community events.
