Client Service Representative

What you'll do

• Welcome clients and patients
• schedule appointments and manage check-in, check-out, and follow-up communications
• address questions and concerns
• connect patients with doctors and veterinary team members
• maintain client and patient records
• process payments
• manage calls, emails, and appointment requests
• support daily operations
• collaborate with veterinarians and support staff
