What you'll do

• Create a welcoming customer experience and coach associates
• provide personalized product recommendations and education
• support rewards enrollment and customer insights
• resolve customer concerns
• perform opening and closing duties, huddles, and cash reconciliation
• verify customer IDs and maintain POS profiles
• support inventory counts, audits, and order fulfillment
• maintain store cleanliness and compliance
• pursue KPI goals through consultative selling
• train and coach team members
• delegate tasks and support store leadership.
