Senior Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Consultant

Job overview

The Senior Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Consultant role is hybrid in Newark, NJ, with three office days per week. Compensation is $65–$75 per hour. The consultant supports Oracle Human Capital Management Cloud implementation and technical work for the engagement. The role exists to design, build, test, and support HCM technical components that meet business requirements. It contributes through integrations, reports, data conversions, application extensions, technical guidance, and support through go-live and post-production.

What you'll do

• Create business requirements documents
• design and document RICEW objects and solution blueprints
• develop inbound and outbound integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud
• build OTBI and BI Publisher reports
• support data conversions, testing, training, release support, cutover, and post-go-live troubleshooting.
