As an executive leader, the director aligns technology and data strategy with organizational goals so systems support participant care, regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and informed decisions. The role leads the Systems department, oversees enterprise systems and vendors, and advances data governance, security, and decision-support capabilities.

What you'll do

• Develop the technology and data strategy and multi-year roadmap
• lead and develop Systems department staff
• establish department budgets and technology investment recommendations
• establish data governance practices
• ensure systems support CMS, state, and PACE requirements
• partner on information security, HIPAA safeguards, disaster recovery, and continuity
• oversee electronic health records and enterprise applications
• lead vendor selection and system implementations
• oversee metrics, scorecards, and dashboards
• serve as escalation point for complex systems and data issues.
