What you'll do

• Lead licensed and non-licensed OST programs across Providence and Cranston
• supervise site staff and oversee staffing, scheduling, quality, enrollment, family communication, compliance, budgets, and partnerships
• supervise and support the Manton Heights Childcare Director
• monitor licensing and quality standards
• manage budgets and program reporting
• oversee grants
• maintain school and community partnerships
• analyze program and financial data
• provide occasional direct program support, including evening and weekend responsibilities.
