What you'll do

• Provide sales support and training to internal and external customers

• help clients identify products and services suited to their needs
• prepare and deliver technical demonstrations and training as requested
• serve as the primary technical contact for sales
• coordinate with sales and technical support to resolve client problems
• gather information to improve product and service offerings
• attend trade shows, conferences, and marketing events
• monitor trends and procedures relevant to daily operations.
