What you'll do

• Conduct daily walkthroughs and keep the home guest-ready
• maintain household systems, checklists, and processes
• oversee household inventory and the flow of deliveries and returns
• serve as the primary contact for guest arrivals and departures
• greet and orient guests
• provide light service and valet-style support as needed, including packing and unpacking
• provide turndown service
• assist with event setup and execution
• lead presentation standards among household staff
• travel ahead of principals domestically to prepare properties as needed.
