Control Panel Assembler

The Control Panel Assembler role is onsite in Girard, OH. Compensation is not specified. The role supports production of control panels for large industrial engines used primarily for engine control and monitoring. The assembler prepares and modifies AutoCAD files, checks engineering drawings, and builds and wires electrical panels and harnesses to specifications. Accurate assembly and inspection help ensure panels meet design requirements and are ready for industrial engine applications.

What you'll do

• Create and modify laser engraver AutoCAD files
• review engineering drawings for production accuracy, including wire sizes, bills of materials, drawing references, and labels
• assemble and wire electrical panels and harnesses to drawings and work instructions
• lay out customized panels
• identify parts and assemblies on bills of materials
• use hand and power tools
• measure and calculate dimensions
• torque electrical connections to specification
• perform other duties as assigned.
