Sales Operations Specialist

The Sales Operations Specialist is an onsite, full-time role in Minneapolis, MN, with compensation of $24.03–$27.88 per hour. DC Group provides mission-critical support to companies and critical infrastructure across the United States and Canada. This role supports the sales team by preparing quotes, maintaining Salesforce and ERP records, processing opportunities, assisting with RFP/RFQ submissions, and producing reports. Its purpose is to keep sales operations and related administrative workflows accurate and coordinated.

What you'll do

• Create and revise quotes for sales executives
• set up renewal opportunities and quotes in Salesforce
• coordinate with preferred vendors and internal departments
• process closed-won opportunities in Salesforce and ERP and close out lost opportunities
• maintain CRM records
• assist with RFP/RFQ submissions
• run ERP and CRM reports
• provide sales team administrative support and assist with assigned special projects.
