What you'll do

• Coordinate site-build requirements and onsite work with construction and low-voltage partners
• install, configure, test, and document wired and wireless networks, switches, access points, firewalls, circuits, racks, and power protection
• deploy and maintain workstations and other endpoints
• support on-premises and cloud servers and services
• configure secure access, VPNs, virtual desktops, identity controls, and endpoint security
• coordinate tickets and troubleshooting with MSPs and vendors
• diagnose application and connectivity issues
• complete readiness tasks and provide onsite launch support
• provide operational support and document troubleshooting
• maintain inventories, configurations, patching, backups, monitoring alerts, and access records
• create checklists, guides, knowledge articles, and user instructions.
