What you'll do

• Organize resident events that support personal growth, healthy lifestyles, and academic success
• coordinate residence life activities and orientations with university partners
• set up and attend resident functions
• complete and distribute community newsletters
• collect resident feedback and survey results and help create improvement plans
• assist with lease policy enforcement and misconduct follow-up
• coordinate with the service team on property upkeep
• help coordinate roommate assignments
• assist with office tasks and package management.
