What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, oral hygiene, dressing, toileting, and feeding

• use safe transfer and ambulation techniques
• assist with exercises and ordered range-of-motion procedures when qualified
• complete patient laundry
• support home safety
• follow the care plan
• communicate with clients, caregivers, and the office
• document condition and report changes to the nurse supervisor.
