Service and Maintenance Technician, HVAC

Job overview

The Service and Maintenance Technician, HVAC role is onsite in El Paso, TX. Pay is $16.50–$20 per hour. The technician maintains the physical integrity of the residential community and supports safe, well-maintained living environments. The role exists to complete service requests, preventive maintenance, and repairs across property systems and amenities. It contributes to resident experience and property operations by addressing hazards, maintaining records and supplies, and completing work orders promptly.

What you'll do

• Complete work orders and routine maintenance
• repair electrical and plumbing systems, HVAC, appliances, irrigation, doors, windows, flooring, and other property features
• inspect and correct hazards
• maintain records for preventive maintenance, service requests, expenditures, and work in progress
• maintain tools and spare-parts inventory
• keep grounds and work areas clean
• support and instruct maintenance staff on safety practices.
