The Arula Brand Representative / Sales Associate role is onsite at Arula at American Dream in East Rutherford, NJ. Compensation is $15 per hour base pay. Arula describes its mission as “Stand Out. Reporting to Store Leadership, the role supports store revenue and guest experience through relationship building, product knowledge, and maintaining the store environment. It also contributes to store goals through sales and inventory work, merchandise presentation, team coaching, and completion of store operations tasks.

What you'll do

• Provide guest-focused service and build guest relationships
• share product knowledge
• serve as Manager on Duty when managers are absent
• coach associates and support store objectives
• address guest concerns
• support sales and inventory goals
• restock and recover merchandise
• complete opening and closing tasks as directed
• follow loss-prevention practices
• assist with inventory preparation and merchandising displays
• maintain a clean store environment.
