The Shift Leader, Willis Tower role is onsite in Chicago, IL. Pay is $19–$20 per hour, paid weekly. SeoulSpice serves Korean food made from scratch using family-inspired recipes, fresh produce, house-marinated meats, and sauces. The Shift Leader guides restaurant operations during an assigned shift, organizing and coaching team members while supporting fast, accurate service. The role also coordinates with kitchen leadership to keep food available to meet demand without overproduction or reduced quality.

What you'll do

• Lead shifts and communicate priorities
• organize team members
• support fast and accurate in-person and digital orders
• coach team members and provide feedback
• maintain a clean, stocked, and safe restaurant
• handle guest concerns
• complete daily shift responsibilities
• work at stations as needed
• and coordinate with the Kitchen Leader and Sous Chef on food availability.
