The Machine Operator — Medical Devices role is onsite in O’Fallon, MO. Pay is $17–$20 per hour, based on experience. Anodyne Surgical manufactures disposable ophthalmic cannulas used in eye procedures, including cataract and LASIK surgeries. The operator runs and monitors production equipment to produce medical devices that meet quality specifications. The role supports efficient manufacturing through equipment troubleshooting, inspection, documentation, and adherence to safety and operating procedures.

What you'll do

• Set up, operate, monitor, and troubleshoot production equipment
• operate multiple machines while maintaining quality and efficiency
• use measurement and inspection tools
• complete production documentation and quality records
• perform routine preventive maintenance and basic adjustments
• identify performance issues that could cause downtime, scrap, or quality concerns
• inspect products against specifications
• communicate equipment, tooling, and process issues
• follow safety, quality, and standard operating procedures.
