What you'll do

• Manage the transaction pipeline, deadlines, documentation, and closing coordination
• review contracts and related documents for completeness and accuracy
• communicate with clients, agents, attorneys, lenders, title professionals, builders, developers, Accounting, and internal teams
• and serve as the primary contact for closing matters. Maintain transaction files, monitor deposits and closing funds, reconcile settlement and accounting information, prepare reports, maintain transaction systems, and supervise and train closing support staff. Standard business hours are generally Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
• occasional flexibility may be needed for deadlines, scheduled closings, or urgent business needs.
