What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, oral care, toileting, and hygiene
• provide mobility and transfer assistance
• measure and document vital signs and basic health observations
• support light housekeeping, laundry, linen changes, and meal preparation
• assist with feeding
• provide companionship
• monitor and report changes in condition and safety concerns
• follow CNA scope of practice, infection control, safety procedures, and confidentiality requirements.
