What you'll do

• Provide hands-on resident care and assist with activities of daily living, including dressing, grooming, meals, mouth care, toileting, bathing, walking, and transfers
• observe and record vital signs and changes
• encourage socialization
• coordinate with the Charge Nurse and other departments
• support residents and families, including during end-of-life care.
