What you'll do

• Lead and perform advanced mechanical repairs on boats and marine equipment
• diagnose engines, propulsion systems, and electrical components using diagnostic tools
• oversee and execute replacement of major components
• develop preventive and routine maintenance plans
• conduct quality checks
• mentor junior technicians
• manage spare-parts, tools, and equipment inventory and order supplies
• document repairs, parts, labor, and maintenance schedules
• follow safety protocols
• update boat owners on repair progress and recommendations.
