IT Field Support Technician, ZTB Deployment

The role supports secure network connectivity across client facilities through hands-on installation, troubleshooting, progress reporting, and documentation.

What you'll do

• Perform onsite hardware and software inventory assessments
• install and configure Zscaler Trusted Branch software
• install and set up firewall hardware
• troubleshoot network connectivity, device readiness, and installation issues
• provide daily progress updates and escalate technical hurdles
• maintain work quality, task completion, and documentation standards across assigned sites.
