Apprentice Service Technician / Route Driver

The Apprentice Service Technician / Route Driver role is onsite in Coralville, IA, with compensation of $17–$19 per hour. Compensation may also include commissions where applicable. This cross-trained position supports Culligan’s Route Delivery and Service Departments. The role combines established product delivery routes with supervised service work, helping maintain customer relationships and delivery responsibilities while developing the skills to cover routes independently and progress toward Service Technician duties.

What you'll do

• Safely operate a company vehicle and deliver Culligan products on established routes
• maintain customer relationships
• complete route responsibilities and identify customer service and sales opportunities. Work alongside experienced Service Technicians to learn installation, preventive maintenance, diagnosis, repair, upgrades, service, and maintenance of water treatment equipment.
