The specialist prepares accurate bids, quotes, and product solutions for contractors and other customers. The role coordinates with customers, vendors, and branch teams from order entry through delivery, while providing backup counter coverage and support to outside sales.

What you'll do

• Prepare bids, quotes, and proposals based on customer specifications, plans, and product requirements
• review bid documents for scope, availability, lead times, pricing, and alternatives
• follow up on open quotes and document customer feedback
• build customer, vendor, and manufacturer-representative relationships
• coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, delivery, counter, and branch personnel
• recommend suitable and complementary products
• maintain customer, pricing, quote, and order information in ERP systems
• provide backup counter coverage, process sales and payments, answer phones, and assist with pickups
• support the Outside Sales Team.

Why this role
