What you'll do

• Direct property operations and staff
• develop and manage the annual budget
• maintain occupancy
• hire, manage, and develop staff
• process applications and recertifications and provide compliance information
• maintain compliance policies
• supervise rent collection and financial records
• pursue delinquent rents and evictions
• direct marketing and leasing
• oversee resident relations and community rules
• supervise maintenance, repairs, preventive maintenance, improvements, and landscaping
• show apartments
• and attend required annual fair-housing, Section 42, and leasing classes.
