What you'll do
- Manage an assigned caseload
- coordinate appointments and ongoing medical services
- assist with care coordination
- collect health data and conduct basic intake screenings
- maintain paper and electronic health records
- administer ordered medications and injections
- order laboratory tests and track results
- provide patient education and basic first aid
- participate in team meetings
- assist with prior authorizations and insurance documentation
- maintain confidentiality.
