What you'll do

• Develop and oversee the infection prevention and control program
• monitor infection trends and maintain records
• train staff on PPE, hand hygiene, and outbreak protocols
• conduct rounds
• update policies
• report to infection control and quality committees
• assist the Director of Nursing with staff supervision and operations
• participate in care planning, surveys, and audits.
