The Environmental Intern is an onsite role based in East Houston, TX. The position offers a pay rate of $25.00 per hour and supports the Aggregates, Ready-mix, and Stabilized Sand operations of Heidelberg Materials, a global leader in building materials. This role exists to apply academic knowledge to support environmental and sustainability initiatives. The intern will assist with environmental monitoring, sustainability reporting, reclamation projects, and site inspections, while working under the guidance of environmental engineers to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
