What you'll do

• Answer customer inquiries by phone, email, and in person
• process payments, claim reports, certificates, binders, and Tier 1 policy changes
• support agents with quotes, new business, cross-selling, and appointments
• maintain county records, accounting, deposits, membership data, and renewals
• assist with meetings and events
• open and close the office and maintain supplies. Obtain property and casualty and life and health licenses within four months and maintain them through continuing education.
