The Maintenance Associate Manager is an onsite role based in Yosemite Village, CA. The salary for this position is $75,000.00 to $85,000.00 per year. This role supports facility maintenance and engineering services within the historic properties of Yosemite National Park. The Maintenance Associate Manager is responsible for supervising and managing all unit activities related to facility maintenance and engineering. This role leads, mentors, and develops team members, ensures safety and performance standards are met, and manages client relationships and financial targets.

What you'll do

• Leverages Aramark's coaching model to engage and develop team members to their fullest potential. Rewards and recognizes employees. Ensures individual and all team performance meets objectives and client expectations. Plans and leads daily team briefings. Ensures safety standards in all operations. Customarily and regularly directs the work of at least two full-time employees or their equivalent. Makes or influences employment decisions affecting the team, including hiring, promotions, and other changes in status. Responsible for developing and executing maintenance solutions to meet customer needs. Executes facilities maintenance and upkeep following predefined specifications. Leads, mentors, engages and develops teams to maximize their contributions, including recruiting, assessing, training, coaching, and managing performance. Coach employees by creating a shared understanding about what needs to be achieved and how it is to be achieved. Ensures safety and sanitation standards in operation are compliant with Aramark and client regulations. Identifies client needs and communicates operational progress. Delivers and models WEST as a foundation for excellent customer service. Ensure the completion and maintenance of P&L or client budget statements. Deliver client and company financial targets. Adopt all Aramark processes and systems, understand performance metrics, data, order, and inventory trends
