What you'll do

• Own customer supply chain performance across order-to-cash, including service, inventory, cost-to-serve, fines, cash, and compliance
• integrate Logistics with Sales, planning, Finance, and external partners
• develop and interpret decision-support analytics
• lead cost-to-serve analysis and scenario discussions
• drive KPI performance and root-cause problem solving
• establish operating reviews and standard work
• collaborate with customers, 3PLs, and carriers.
