The Shift Leader role is onsite in Cape Charles, VA. Pay is $14–$20 per hour. This part-time position supports Royal Farms store operations and customer service. The Shift Leader is responsible for store operations while on duty, acting as Person in Charge when a more senior manager is absent. The role helps the store meet customer satisfaction, sales, cost-control, food-service, safety, and operational goals by coordinating team members and maintaining standards.

What you'll do

• Provide and coach friendly customer service
• oversee shift operations and coordinate team responsibilities
• perform point-of-sale transactions and vendor check-in
• maintain cash controls and compliance with policies and safety requirements
• oversee food and beverage programs, product handling, quality, and cleanliness
• supervise store employees when senior leadership is absent.

Why this role
