What you'll do

• Understand client needs and develop appropriate legal strategies
• draft and file wills, trusts, and powers of attorney
• represent clients in court proceedings as needed
• advise on retirement plans, charitable giving, and insurance options
• consult on asset distribution
• assist with Medicaid and long-term care planning.
