What you'll do

• Interpret blueprints to plan sheet-metal installation
• set up and operate hand and power tools
• assemble materials
• measure ductwork and draw fittings
• create material lists and identify applicable codes
• assist with complex layouts
• fasten joints and seams
• modify and fabricate ductwork
• assist with material installation
• coordinate with other trades
• identify and communicate issues
• follow safety procedures and report or correct unsafe conditions.
