Maintenance Technician — Residential Property

Job overview

The Maintenance Technician role is onsite in Vancouver, WA, with pay of $27–$30 per hour and a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The work supports residential communities and their residents. The technician helps maintain property condition and resident living experiences by completing turnovers, responding to service calls, resolving maintenance issues, and keeping common areas and building systems in working order.
