What you'll do

• Lead leasing and marketing efforts, forecast move-outs, screen applicants, show units, complete compliant leasing paperwork, collect rent and make deposits, assign and follow up on maintenance work orders, conduct inspections, handle evictions and annual recertifications, and address resident concerns.
