Customer Support Manager

What you'll do

• Manage equipment and system installations using internal teams and contractors
• maintain project schedules, budgets, and issue lists
• oversee startup, commissioning, and closeout
• serve as a technical resource for customers, Sales, and Parts
• support troubleshooting, maintenance, upgrades, and service needs
• coordinate warranty issues and replacement parts
• prepare service and repair quotes
• lead parts sales and non-project field service
• identify upgrade opportunities
• partner cross-functionally to improve support processes.
