Warehouse Supervisor / Delivery Driver

Job overview

The Warehouse Supervisor / Delivery Driver works onsite in Saint Charles, MO, for $25–$30 per hour, depending on experience. The schedule is generally Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m., with occasional Saturdays and possible flexibility or overtime. CORT Furniture Rental relies on the role to process, stage, and deliver furniture efficiently and safely. The position oversees daily warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, safety, and team productivity while also driving a 24–26-foot box truck and delivering and installing furniture as business demands require, up to approximately 50% of the time. It coordinates warehouse planning and freight with internal teams and supports customer expectations through safe, accurate handling and service.

What you'll do

• Oversee warehouse receiving, storage, and shipping
• monitor inventory and perform cycle counts
• enforce safety protocols and conduct safety meetings
• train employees, assign tasks, and coach staff
• plan work assignments, equipment allocation, and warehouse space
• maintain warehouse metrics, safety logs, and process documentation
• inspect facility conditions and coordinate maintenance
• assist with customer inquiries and special projects
• support payroll and end-of-day processing
• inspect, load, transport, deliver, pick up, move, set up, clean, and break down furniture
• review routes and manifests, complete truck inspections and required records, communicate with customers and dispatch, and operate an electronic logging device.

Why this role
