What you'll do

• Prepare yeast rolls, cakes, pies, specialty desserts, and other baked items
• prepare weekend breakfast bakery items as needed for production
• follow the buffet production system and bakery production guide
• maintain freshness, taste, appearance, and appropriate serving temperature
• follow recipes and portioning standards
• assist guests with baked goods
• complete duty roster tasks and follow health department requirements.
