What you'll do

• Clean vacant units and common areas, including lobbies, hallways, laundry and community rooms, offices, bathrooms, stairways, and elevators
• maintain housekeeping supplies and equipment
• report unusual property or resident circumstances and needed repairs
• pick up grounds trash
• change light bulbs
• complete minor work orders as assigned
• assist the Building Maintenance team with duties that may include filter changes, moving furniture, and snow removal.
